Change user's Exchange credentials settings

[FOR AMICUS ADMINISTRATOR ONLY]

After a user has completed their initial Amicus login, you can still change their Exchange credentials settings in Amicus when necessary.

If the firm uses its own Exchange:

        And if a user's Exchange credentials have changed, update their Amicus user profile so that Amicus can continue to connect to their Exchange account.

o        As the Amicus administrator, open the firm member's user profile and click Modify.


Note:  If your firm uses Office 365 with oAuth the Modify button is disabled.


o        Prefix and/or password: Enter the user's new Exchange email account prefix and/or password. Then click Apply.


Note:  A user can change their password by themselves if they like, but not their prefix.


If the firm uses Amicus-hosted Exchange:

        Password – Change their Exchange (and Amicus) password via the Change Password button in their user profile.

        Prefix – To have a user's email login prefix changed (e.g. from ldole@dyalaw.com to ldonnell@dyalaw.com), please contact Amicus Support.
