With the Amicus Cloud - QuickBooks Online Link your firm can use Amicus Cloud for billing and QuickBooks Online for accounting. The Link integrates the firm’s Amicus clients with QuickBooks customers.
● Supported QuickBooks Online versions: Essentials and Plus.
● Initialization: The Amicus QuickBooks Online Link Wizard guides the Amicus administrator through the installation, configuration, and first exchange.
● Subsequent data exchanges: Are performed in real time when transactions are entered in Amicus Cloud.

Note: Unlike the QuickBooks Desktop version, QuickBooks Online does not use the term “jobs.” (Jobs are the QuickBooks desktop equivalent to Amicus Cloud files). Instead, it uses the term “customers.” With Amicus Cloud and QuickBooks Online integration, the link is between Amicus Cloud primary clients and QuickBooks Online customers. |
At the time of setting up your Amicus Cloud and QuickBooks Online integration you may already have clients and files in Amicus Cloud and/or customers in QuickBooks Online. During initialization (configuration and first exchange) the following records are exchanged.
