Reactivate a user

[FOR AMICUS ADMINISTRATOR ONLY]
Restore a deactivated firm member's access to Amicus, provided that their Exchange account was kept and their data was not archived.

Reactivate the user

1.     Choose Options > User Management and click the user's name to open their user profile.

2.     In the user profile, click Reactivate User.

        If the firm has subscribed to Amicus, you will be prompted to authorize payment for the increased charges upon confirming the reactivation.

        Deactivate a user and keep their mailbox
