Manage time entries and expenses on a file

In the Time & Expenses view of a file

        Filter the list: Show billed and/or unbilled time entries and/or expenses on the file. "Billed" means included on a draft or final bill. (If Amicus Billing is disabled for the firm, you can filter to posted or unposted time entries.)

The name column shows the timekeeper for time entries or "expensed by" user for expenses.

        View totals: The total value of all time entries and expenses on the file are shown. Separate subtotals for time entries and expenses are also provided. These amounts include all items regardless of whether they are unbilled or billed.(If Amicus Billing is not enabled for the firm, the amounts include all items regardless of whether they are unposted or posted.)

 

        Refresh: Click Refresh below the list to update the list now. The list is also refreshed whenever you sort it.
