Individual custom fields on a file can be shared as read-only or editable fields. In the Client Portal, the fields will appear in the More view of the file details.
● For each field, choose whether to hide the field, share it as read-only (visible but not editable by the client), or share it as editable.
● For convenience, you can click Make all fields editable or Hide all fields.
● Optionally, click Apply same portal sharing settings to all files of this type to override the settings on all files of this file type that you currently have access to.
