Flag an email for follow-up

From an email window, click the flag icon at the right

●        This toggles between states:

o        Blank flag: no follow-up needed

o        Red flag: follow-up needed

o        Checkmark: follow-up completed

●        Follow-up needed flags and completed checkmarks are shown at the right in the Email views.
